The Ledger-Transcript reports that the retirement for Administrative Assistant Barbara Milkovits has come early; and it’s not being called a retirement, it’s now called an “employment separation”. Chairman Moser is quoted as saying “We haven’t signed the dotted line, yet. We expect to finish that up by end of the week.”
