Please be advised that a Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing will be held on Monday, September 19, 2016 @ 8:00 pm at the Town of Mason Town Hall. The hearing is at the request of the following applicant for the purpose indicated below:
Martin D. Ruggiero, of 20 Bell Lane, Mason, NH 03048, has filed an application as the owner of Map J, Lot 69-1 as shown on the tax maps of the Town of Mason, said property having an address of 96 Old Turnpike Road (NH Route 124) and Churchill Road (hereafter ‘subject property’), which application seeks a Special Exception, pursuant to Article VIII, Paragraph A.2.C of the Town of Mason Zoning Ordinance. The subject property is located in the General Residence, Agriculture & Forestry (GRAF) Zoning District.
The application identifies the use being proposed as follows:
‘ADDITION OF SEASONAL OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT USE TO EXISTING USE BY SPECIAL EXCEPTION AT THIS LOCATION. THE SEASONAL OUTDOOR USE IS FURTHER DESCRIBED SCHEDULE A ATTACHED HERETO.’
