Elderly Man Found Safe Overnight

MASON — An 88-year-old man with dementia was found Sunday morning suffering from hypothermia after wandering away from his son’s home overnight, authorities said.

Edmond Levesque, of Lunenburg, was staying at his son’s home on Hurricane Hill Road when he wandered off sometime after 9:30 p.m. Saturday, according to Fish and Game.

Levesque was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua. State and Mason police assisted in the search.
