Kinder Morgan Files “Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity”

According to a Union Leader article Kinder Morgan has submitted its NED pipeline application to FERC.

“A formal application to the state Site Evaluation Committee is expected soon after the FERC filing, which totals more than 20,000 pages in more than 240 separate files and took six hours to upload to the FERC site, according to a Kinder Morgan spokesperson.”

We’ve already gotten our Site Evaluation Committee notices via snail mail and are really not looking forward to six hours plus of downloads.

As of Friday November 20, late afternoon, said documents had not made it to the FERC elibrary. Postings there tend to run a day behind, longer when files are posted before a weekend. However a later 5 p.m check shows them there in all their glory.

Going to take a while to digest all the Kinder Morgan uploads and right at the moment we’re kind of burned out. Maybe some of you have more energy.
